Let’s make some kousen – it’ll taste great!

This is a millet shop here in Tono. This is an old-fashioned shop that still individually weighs and sells grains. Here you can make and try some kousen or ground barley cake on the Machibura tour. Chances are a number of people in each group are going to feel a bit nostalgic.
