Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy outdoor activities at your own pace. Go on a mountain bike ride, build a fire for the wood-fired bath, or simply relax in the hammock and enjoy time with family and friends. A barbecue in the evening is not without local craft beers.
After checking in at Tono Travel Delicatessen, a brief orientation will be held before heading to the country inn. Transportation may be arranged or guests may take their own vehicle.
Located in Iwate Prefecture, Tono is responsible for one-sixth of all hops produced in Japan. The town itself actively integrates the culture surrounding hop production into the experience of its visitors, both through locally produced beers as well as tours and other programs. With its distincitve history and stunning natural landscape, Tono is a true gem hidden in the Japanese countryside.The inn's prorietor provides a range of ingredients for the BBQ as well as a selection of homemade dishes. Wash it all down with a selection of delicious Tono craft beer. (Dining may be moved indoors due to weather or at the request of participants).
Enjoy the bath and call it a night whenever you're ready. Following breakfast the next morning guests will be transported back to Tono Travel Delicatessen for check-out.
